Accommodation
The school offers two accommodation options: the studio apartments and the Plus Residence.
Both accommodation options are located a short distance from the airport bus station, the school and the beach, a shopping mall and leisure centre, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.
Only students as of 18 years of age or minors accompanied by their parents or legal tutors may book a room in our accommodation.
Studio apartments
The studio apartments are located a short distance from the airport bus station, the school and the beach, a shopping mall and leisure centre, shops, fitness centre, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and only 50 metres from the beach and only a 10 minute’s walk from the school.
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers 9 studio apartments for single use or for two persons booking together. They are ideal for any type of student over the age of 18.
This is a self-catering accommodation, and you’ll be able to easily take care of your own meals thanks to the well-equipped kitchens that form a part of every apartment, including: toaster, fridge, microwave, cutlery, coffee machine, cooking hobs, and a kettle.
From the airport the accommodation is easily reachable in less than 30 minutes by public transport, taxi or with our airport transfer service.
All studios have sound-proof windows, ensuite bathroom, TV and free WiFi internet access.
Bed linens, pillows and towels are provided. The rooms are cleaned every 8 or 9 days with change of bed linens and towels. Cleaning does not include washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.
The reservation of an accommodation is made by means of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount. The payment for accommodation is made for full weeks starting on Saturday at 2 p.m. The accommodation must be vacated on Saturday before 10 a.m.
Equipment
The studio apartments are equipped as follows:
- Area: 30 m2,
- Kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, cooking pot, frying pan, crockery and cutlery,
- Two single beds (90 x 200 cm) or one double bed (140 x 200 cm) and bedside table,
- Table and 2 chairs,
- Full private bathroom with WC and shower,
- Iron and ironing board,
- Large soundproof windows, with curtains,
- Built-in wardrobe,
- Free WiFi,
- Fan,
- TV set,
- Towels, bed linen and pillows.
The studio apartments do not have:
- Air-conditioning, heating,
- Washing machine,
- Balcony.

- Cleaning of the studio apartment every 8 or 9 days (first cleaning is before occupation),
- Daily ventilation of the studio flat and removal of rubbish.
- Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed with the cleaning.

These services are paid extra- Extra cleaning of the studio apartment with change of bed linen and towels,
- Laundry (not ironing) of non-delicate personal clothing.

Double rooms in a shared flat
The two double bedroom apartment is located at Calle Nicolás Estévanez 43, in close proximity to the airport bus station, the beach, a shopping and leisure center, shops, fitness centers, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks and just 50 meters from the beach and 4 minutes walk from the school.

The building was built in 2008. Students are offered 2 double rooms for single use or for two people booking together. This accommodation is ideal for all students over 18 years. The students share the kitchen and living area. This is a self-catering accommodation with a well-equipped shared kitchen with a toaster, fridge, microwave, cutlery, coffee machine, hotplates and kettle.
Both rooms have their own bathroom and free internet access (WiFi).
Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned every 8 to 9 days and bed linen and towels are changed. Cleaning does not include washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, frying pans and cooking pots.

Arrival

Bus to Las Palmas:
You can find the bus to Las Palmas (line 60) by crossing the parking lot in front of the arrivals terminal and turning slightly to the right. The stop is in front of the MOEVE or CEPSA gas station.
Bus number 60 departs to Las Palmas at H.15 minutes and H.45 minutes and costs about 3 Eur. The bus stops several times before reaching the terminus Santa Catalina. Get out there. From the Santa Catalina bus station to the studios it is about 150 meters on foot and about 300 meters to the shared rooms. See the map at the bottom of the page.
Taxi:
You you prefer to drive by taxi you will find these at the exit of the arrivals terminal.
A Taxi from the airport costs about 40 €.
